How it works

Three steps. We do the hard one.

You know your prices. We turn them into a tool your customers can use on your website, day or night.

1. Add your rates

Not just an hourly rate. The real ones: what you charge per metre or per job, your minimum, what you add for awkward access. We tell you which rates your trade's tool needs.

Fill them in yourself, free. Or start from our starting rates and change any you like. Want help? Our optional onboarding help is £199: we go through your rates and costs with you, help you fill them in and test the prices together. You choose the rates.

2. We build your tool

Your trade's questions, your prices, your colours. Before anything goes live, you run a few real jobs through it and check the figures are what you'd have quoted.

If they're not, we change them. Nothing goes live until you're happy.

3. Add it to your website

We send a short snippet for your website and talk your web person through it.

You also get your own link, for Facebook, your Google listing, WhatsApp, an email signature or a QR code on the van. No website? The link works on its own.

What your customer sees

They answer a few plain questions about the job, the same ones you'd ask on a first visit. Then they see a price worked out from your rates: one figure, or a range if you set low and high rates. They can save it, or send it to you with a note and any photos.

What you receive

As soon as your customer presses send, you get a text and an email. The email has their name, number and email, their address if they give it, every answer, the price they saw and any photos they added. Press reply and you're writing to the customer.

What it isn't

It isn't a fixed quote. It's a guide price from your rates, and the tool says so. You give your quote once you've seen the job.

It isn't a lead-selling site. Your customer's enquiry comes to you, and only you. We never pass it on.
