Can I try it first?

Is there a contract?
No. There's no minimum term. It runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
How do I pay?
By Direct Debit or standing order.
Can I change my prices later?
Yes. Your tool runs on the rates you give us. Change them any time.
Can I add tools later?
Yes. Add a tool at any time. Your monthly price moves to the right package.
Is it a quote or an estimate?
It's an estimate: a guide price worked out from your rates. Set one rate and your customer sees one figure. Set a low and a high rate and they see a range. You give your quote once you've seen the job.
Am I tied to the price?
No. It's a guide price from your rates, based on what the customer told you. The tool says so, and you confirm the price once you've seen the job.
How long until it's live?
Your tool can be live within hours of your rates being agreed and tested.
I don't have a website. Can I still use it?
Yes. Your tool has its own link. Put it on Facebook, Google and WhatsApp, or text it to customers.
What happens to my customers' details?
Their enquiry comes to you, and only you. We never pass it on.
Can I get a usage report?
Yes. Every quarter you get a report on how often your tool is opened, priced, saved and sent to you.
