What it counts that a phone call misses
Priced by time, not area
The tool works out the hours on the machine, then multiplies by your hourly rate. Size, shape, how bad it is and what's being removed all change the hours.
Several items, one visit
The customer adds each kind of item with a count, size and condition. Setting up on site is charged once, however many items there are.
No power or water
If there's no power on site, the tool adds a generator. If there's no water, it adds a small water allowance.
Hard to reach
Stairs, tight routes, parking and confined spaces add set-up time. Work above ground level adds an allowance for access equipment.
It sits on your site, in your colours.
Fewer wasted visits
The customer knows the price range before you look at the job.
A price that covers the whole job
Time, set-up, power, water and access are all in it, on your rates.
The detail in your inbox
Items, sizes, condition and site details arrive with the enquiry, with any photos they add.

Laser cleaning: common questions
Can it price different items in one visit?
Yes. The customer can add several kinds of item, each with its own number, size and condition.
What if the site has no power?
The tool adds a generator allowance to the price.
What about very big jobs?
If an item is over 50 square metres or a whole building, the tool doesn't show a price. The customer is asked to send their details so you can look at it before quoting.
Can it allow for work at height?
Yes. It asks if everything is at ground level, and adds an allowance for access equipment if not.
Does it allow for travel?
Your customer's price doesn't include travel. If a job is beyond your free miles, your enquiry email shows roughly how far, and about what each visit's travel costs at your rate, so you can allow for it.
Am I tied to the price?
No. It's a guide from your rates. You confirm the price once you've seen the job.
