What it counts that a phone call misses
Which sides, and how wide
The customer ticks the sides that need scaffold. Widths start from the property type and can be corrected. The price follows the area of scaffold.
Height is in lifts
The number of storeys sets how many lifts high the scaffold goes, and the price goes up with them.
Over the pavement
If the scaffold goes over a public area, the tool adds a licence, charged again for each month of hire.
Longer hire
Weeks beyond the included hire period are added as their own line, as a share of the scaffold price.
It sits on your site, in your colours.
Fewer wasted visits
The customer knows the price range before you measure up.
A price that covers the whole job
Height, sides, ground, carry distance and hire length are all in it, on your rates.

Scaffolding: common questions
Can trade customers use it?
Yes. It asks if they are a homeowner or a trade. Trade customers also give a duty class and say if the scaffold is standard or needs a bespoke design. A bespoke design adds a design fee.
Does it cope with soft or sloping ground?
Yes. It asks what the ground is like and adds an allowance for soft or sloping ground.
Does it include extras like netting and a temporary roof?
Yes. Customers can add debris netting, a temporary roof, a loading bay, a chimney scaffold and more. Each is priced on your rates.
Does it allow for travel?
Your customer's price doesn't include travel. If a job is beyond your free miles, your enquiry email shows roughly how far, and about what each visit's travel costs at your rate, so you can allow for it.
Am I tied to the price?
No. It's a guide from your rates. You confirm the price once you've seen the job.
