Your customers' enquiries
When a customer sends a price to you, their details and answers go to you by email (and a text alert). Their enquiry comes to you, and only you. We never pass it on.
Your rates
Prices are worked out on our server, not in the customer's browser, so your rates aren't sent to the people using your tool.
What we count
We count how often each tool is opened, priced, saved and sent, so you can see how it's used. We also count how this website is used. A count records nothing about the person using it.
When you contact us through this website
If you ask for a tool, a call back or a new trade, what you send comes to Build A Quote by email, and if you give an email address we email you a confirmation. We also get a short text alert with your name or business and, if you give one, your phone number. We use your details only to reply to you, and to set up your tool if you go ahead. We don't add you to a mailing list. Email us at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Where it runs
The tool and this website run on Netlify. Emails are sent through Resend, and text alerts through a UK text-message service. The privacy notice names each one and where your data is processed.
