A sound wall gets a skim. Plaster that sounds hollow comes off first, and the tool adds the hacking off. Customers are asked to tap the wall.
Every room can differ
One room may only need a skim and the next a hack off. The customer can give each room its own state.
Ceilings take longer
Ceilings cost more per square metre than walls, and textured ceilings get a bonding coat first. The tool allows for both.

Does my customer have to measure the walls?
No. They give the floor size of each room and the tool works out the wall and ceiling areas.
Can it price textured ceilings?
Yes. The customer says if any ceilings are textured, and the tool adds a bonding coat over them.
Can each room be in a different state?
Yes. The customer can say some walls are worse than others and answer room by room.
Does it allow for travel?
Your customer's price doesn't include travel. If a job is beyond your free miles, your enquiry email shows roughly how far, and about what each visit's travel costs at your rate, so you can allow for it.
Am I tied to the price?
No. It's a guide from your rates. You confirm the price once you've seen the job.
