What it counts that a phone call misses
Moving the toilet is the big one
Keeping fittings where they are is the cheapest job. Moving a basin or shower costs more, and moving the toilet costs more again. The tool asks which.
Hot water decides the shower
A mixer shower on a tank-fed system needs a pump. The tool asks how the hot water is heated and adds the pump where it's needed.
Wet rooms are a bigger job
A wet room needs a drain, a floor laid to falls and waterproofing. The tool asks what the floor is made of, as timber and concrete are done differently.
A new room needs pipes and power
Turning a bedroom or box room into a bathroom means bringing in water, waste and electrics. The tool prices that when the room isn't a bathroom yet.

Bathrooms: common questions
Can it price en-suites and wet rooms?
Yes. The customer picks a bathroom, an en-suite or a wet room, and the price follows.
Can customers choose their own fittings?
Yes. They start with three priced bathrooms, then change the bath, shower, toilet, basin, taps, tiles and floor.
Does it include underfloor heating?
Yes. Customers who are having a new floor can ask for it, and it's priced on your rates.
Does it allow for travel?
Your customer's price doesn't include travel. If a job is beyond your free miles, your enquiry email shows roughly how far, and about what each visit's travel costs at your rate, so you can allow for it.
Am I tied to the price?
No. It's a guide from your rates. You confirm the price once you've seen the job.
